It was very welcoming but professional. I was welcomed with laughs and explained how the community works not with just residents but as a team. I had my fingers crossed for this company because I fell in love them!

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for a role at Western Wealth Communities. The first steps were good, the recruiter was nice and the phone interview went well. It felt like I was really going to get the job. Then, I had an in-person interview with the team. They were cool and professional, and we got along. The work vibe seemed busy and collaborative, which I liked. But after that, things went downhill with communication. They said I'd hear back the next day, but I didn't. I tried to reach out, no response. I had to contact HR to find out I didn't get it. I get that hiring is tough, but the difference between what they implied and the result was weird. It wasn't the decision itself, but the bad communication that made me feel like they didn't care. Good communication is important for candidates, and I was let down. I liked meeting the people and learning about the company, and the job seemed like a good fit. I hope they improve their communication for others.
