Group Presentation

We had a 2-hour group interview that started pretty early, like 6am. It involved a lot of team building activities, learning about the facility and its offerings. The main goal was to see if you can be a team player and communicate well with everyone. You'll be moving around different stations.

So the whole thing is a 3-part process. First, we do one interview, could be online or in person. Second, there's a background check where we'll really dig into your references. Lastly, we have some physical tests to make sure you can handle the job, like lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet all shift.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process is quite simple and easy. There are two interviews in total. The first one is a virtual interview using vidrecruiter, which lasts around 15-20 minutes and includes about 10-12 questions. You'll record your answers as if it's an in-person interview. If you pass the virtual one, you'll have a second interview via Zoom.

Behavioral Other

It was a panel interview, done virtually. They asked a lot of standard interview questions. Some people on the panel were great, others not so much. I got a verbal offer, but then they completely ghosted me, which was really unprofessional. I was super disappointed by the lack of communication and felt it was disrespectful. I ended up withdrawing my application, even though I heard nothing from them for over a month after the initial offer.
