The interview went great. It wasn't awkward, they answered all my questions, explained what I'd be doing in the role, and I learned a lot more about the company afterwards. I got hired a few days later. It seems like a really good company with good employees.

The interview process is multi-tiered, meaning you'll either have successive interviews or one interview with multiple people. After you're hired, there's a lot of videos and paperwork to get through. A drug test, DMV report, and background check are required, and some positions also require a credit check.

I applied online and then they set up an in person interview with the Hiring Director and the Department Manager. We talked about my past experience and they explained the job expectations and what certifications are needed. The people interviewing me know the job well and/or supervise it. They were very reasonable and easy to talk to, and understanding of family obligations.

The interview seemed to go okay, but one of the interviewers was late and was kind of distracting because he was cleaning his ear the whole time. Big red flags for me were the lack of vacation time offered and absolutely no flexibility when it came to negotiating the offer.
