Admissions Counselor
I had two interviews with managers and team members. The questions were straightforward and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. I got a verbal offer initially, no formal contract, and accepted it two weeks after passing the background check.

Math Tutor
They looked at my past math courses and asked me questions about my math knowledge to see if I could explain math concepts and procedures correctly and work well with others. They also wanted to make sure I would be a good tutor with good teaching skills.
