it was mostly all behavioral. it was a simple phone screen with someone from hr, then an in person interview with the hiring manager and one other on the team.

Applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and they asked some role-specific questions. The interviewer was nice and knew a lot about the company. Then I got an email asking for writing samples. Shortly after sending them, HR sent an interview invite and a personality test. But the email had another candidate's info in it. When I asked, they told me to delete it and that I wasn't moving forward. It felt unprofessional how it was handled, even though I know mistakes happen. Hope they improve their candidate tracking and data privacy. The company has good benefits though, and employees seem happy with long tenures.

I went in for an interview here and would strongly advise others to avoid this job. The controller was snobby and the accounting manager seemed out of touch. After I talked about my background (2 years of experience for this entry-level role), they started asking me about other careers I might be interested in, not the one I applied for. They spent about 20 minutes grilling me on knowledge related to this hypothetical, irrelevant career they brought up. Overall, the interviewers were terrible and the experience was awful, so definitely skip this one on Indeed.

We had a group open house thing, it included a tour of the place and then a group Q&A with people who were already trainees, after that, there was a short 10-minute interview with a senior staff member. The next interview was with a panel of 5 claims managers, and it lasted about an hour. They asked us questions, and then at the end, we got to ask them questions.
