It was a pretty straightforward interview, with questions I anticipated. I didn't end up getting an offer though. The interviewer was really pleasant and put me at ease, so I thought it went well.

It involved 2 rounds of phone calls and then 4 zoom calls, spread out over 6 weeks with 6 different people. It felt a little repetitive, especially the last couple of interviews where the questions were basically the same and didn't really add anything new.

So I interviewed for an email marketing specialist gig. The recruiter was nice and it went well, but it felt like all the questions were AI-generated. I even wondered if my answers were being compared to AI ones. The rejection was also AI-generated, and they didn't give feedback when I asked, which would have been cool. I'd say it was easy because I prepped with ChatGPT and knew the answers haha. My advice is to make sure your resume is ATS-ready and use AI tools to prep since they seem to be a big part of their hiring.
