Claims Adjuster
I sent my resume through their online ad and got a response for an in-person interview. HR scheduled it with me over email. When I got there, HR had me do some computer tests in a conference room, including typing, Excel, and claims-related assessments. After that, I had a panel interview with the claims manager, a supervisor, and a trainer. They called me a week later with a job offer.

Litigation
I met with three managers, who were the COO, Casualty Manager, and Coverage Manager. I answered their questions and we talked about the position and what it needs. I also did an Excel test that was made specifically for the company.
