The recruiter was very communicative and answered all my questions. They were on time and easy to talk to. They made sure I knew the basics of the company and responded quickly to let me know if I had a position.

I had a virtual chat with the manager, then went in for 3 in-person interviews with another manager and some team folks. They gave me an offer and told me to take the weekend to decide. But then on Tuesday, they just pulled the offer. Seriously, what a great culture they have!

After a second phone call attempt, we were able to settle a convenient time for the interview for the Senior Credit Risk Analyst position. I was contacted by HR two weeks later for a meeting with the Manager of the Risk department at the BANK. The discussion focused on his expectations for the role and some advice. A week after that meeting, HR called again to offer me the position. She then invited me to her office to negotiate salary details.
