Presentation Behavioral

Had an initial call with HR about my application, and then 2 weeks later got confirmation for an interview. The interview had 2 stages. The first stage was about the company and my questions. The second stage was my presentation and Q&A. The interviews felt good, interviewers were nice, except for 1-2 weird questions. But after the second interview, HR ghosted me for over a week, despite my emails and calls. The only feedback was an automated email saying I wasn't selected. HR really lacked respect, especially after I spent hours preparing a presentation.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a panel interview with four people, two HR folks from Kenya and two sales staff. They really dug into my experience. The hiring manager wasn't fully convinced about my ability to sell to enterprise clients, even though I've sold tech and telecoms. They were surprised I applied for this entry-level role given I have an MBA. I asked about the timeline, and an HR person said to follow up in 5 days, which I did, but then I heard nothing back. I felt overqualified for the position.

Behavioral Technical Other

It started with a call, then I interviewed with the user, and then with a team member. They asked personal questions and about my current salary. Then there was a background job check. They asked technical questions and about my expectations from the company and from the job seeker. They explained the job description. There was another interview, then negotiation, then the offer letter. After that, it was human resource registration and filling up a form, agreeing or disagreeing with the offer letter, and finally signing the employment agreement.
