Apply for jobs that fit your educational background - financial managers have no incentive to hire a nursing or engineering student over a business major, regardless of how good your GPA is. I applied online and then had a panel interview for a position in the tax services department. They asked me about accounting, excel, taxes, and confidentiality, along with some behavioral questions. The interviewers were nice but very direct. It took about a week to hear back from the supervisor after the interview.
