The main interview was held at the branch where I applied. I had a quick chat with the branch manager to get comfortable, then we started the interview. It lasted about 45 minutes in total.

I got a call for an interview. It was the same questions from other reviews. Then I had a face to face interview. They said I'd hear back the next week, but I didn't. I tried calling Ann, the manager who interviewed me, but no answer. I just asked for an update and nothing. It was really unprofessional. They should have at least emailed me back, especially after I called asking for an update.

Behavioral

I interviewed with the branch manager and assistant branch manager. The branch manager asked most of the questions, and the assistant branch manager asked follow-up questions on a few of my answers. They were both very friendly, and the interview felt comfortable. They asked me to tell them about myself and then asked a lot of behavioral questions. It's a good idea to mention if you have experience referring products or services.

The process started with a phone screening. After that, I had an on-site interview with two people. When I got there, they had me fill out a form asking for my age and other personal info, which felt inappropriate. The interview itself was about two hours long, and we finished with a case study and a writing sample done on a computer.
