The interview was super unprofessional. The interviewer was late and didn't have her camera on because she said she was sick. She then took a few minutes to find my resume, which she clearly hadn't looked at. She made one negative comment about my experience and then said she was too sick to continue. She also mentioned that someone would contact me later. It was a total waste of time, and I'm going to look for employers who actually value their candidates.

It was a straightforward interview process. They had expectations but nothing too demanding. I spoke with the district manager at one of their bigger stores, not the one where I would be working.

I applied through craigslist with my resume, cover letter, and a letter of recommendation. I got called for a phone interview, and then they had me come in for a 1:1 meeting. It was really casual, I filled out an application, we chatted, and they showed me around the place. The manager was nice, and it wasn't stressful. They mentioned I'd have to interview with the district manager, but they actually called and offered me the job before we could even set that up.
