It was a pretty simple interview process. I'd suggest checking in about your application and the job status after the interview. Make sure to have a printed, updated resume ready, and bring along any portfolios you might have to help you stand out. Aim to make a good impression and go in with a positive attitude.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and got contacted by someone from the company. They asked me to come in for an in-person interview the very next day. I got a confirmation via text, which was weird. The person who contacted me didn't really introduce herself properly but was nice and flexible. I was told the HR manager and the owner would be there. She really pushed for me to come on that specific day because the owner would be around. The next day I arrived. It started okay with the HR manager. She was nice until she got condescending about me not having a permanent job and mostly working on contracts. She seemed negative and judgmental, which was odd considering I have way more experience and skills than what the job description asked for. The chat lasted about 20 minutes. The owner was late, so the HR manager told me to wait alone in the conference room for him. After 10 minutes, she told me he would take even longer and asked me to reschedule. I never heard from them again. It was a really unprofessional and disorganized process.
