Program Analyst
the process was super intense but also chill. i got an email about attending a hiring event. there was a 50/50 split between technical screening and situation questions. the screening steps included: resume selection from the pool, then a phone screen to check communication skills, then a technical screen for technical knowledge, and finally a background check done by a third party.

Technical Resource Specialist
It was great, awesome. The interviewers were cool!!! They were very encouraging and talk about what growth options they can offer for a person like me. They talked about the work processes and the coordination between the employee and mid-management.
- Would you be open to transitioning into a sales role in the future?
Software Consultant
It was a 3 step process. First was general screening about my experience and the work domain, and location flexibility. Questions from my side too. Second was the managerial, which went into more detail. Third was the technical interview.

Executive Director
I applied online and then got a call to set up an initial phone interview. After that call, I had an in-person meeting with the CEO. It was a pretty laid-back interview, and he asked about my personal life and my technical background. It really felt like they wanted to get a sense of my personality just as much as my experience. I was asked a lot of situational questions. Following the in-person interview, they let me know they wanted to proceed, and I was given an online test to answer some basic questions that would assess my analytical skills, involving reading a passage and then answering questions about it. The whole thing wrapped up in under a month.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
