First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wesley Financial Group.
Customer Resolutions Account Specialist
First, you'll have a phone interview with HR. Then, you'll have an on-site interview with a Manager and Director. If they like you, they'll email you a writing prompt that you have 24 hours to complete. Finally, you'll get a job offer.
- Tell me about yourself.
- How do you deal with angry customers?
Closer
The interview process was fair and very professional. The interviewer was direct and to the point about what was being asked of the position. The director showed up to the zoom interview late and came off as an arrogant individual who wasn’t happy to be there. My overall vibe from the company wasn’t something I was looking for.
- Are you willing to work 10 hours a day, including Friday through Monday?
Resolution Specialist
There was a 30-minute writing task given to me, which gave me a good feel for what I'd be doing as a specialist. The writing prompt was in the form of a role-play where I had to act as an upset timeshare owner writing a letter to the business to request a cancellation.
- How do you feel about change?
Client Intake Specialist
After watching a 40 minute video I had my first virtual interview with an HR representative. They asked if I had watched the video but that was it. It was a pleasant conversation, but I didn't move on to the next round. They did let me know they were proceeding with other candidates, which was nice.
- What is your approach to handling a distressed client over the phone?
