Had a typical phone screen first, then went onsite to meet 5 people including the hiring manager. The onsite was a bunch of technical trivia. Weird thing is, the interviewer didn't always know the right answer. Like, they asked me the difference between TCP and UDP. I said TCP ensures data arrives correctly and UDP doesn't. They said I was wrong, that TCP is for point-to-point and UDP is for broadcast. A lot of the day was like this, they'd ask a question that was basically 'how do we use this thing?' and anything else was wrong.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward, involving three interviews: one with the regional sales manager, another with the sales director, and a final one with the general manager. They asked about my past experience and explained the role and its responsibilities. It was a pretty standard interview with no major difficulties.

The whole thing was pretty fast at first, I talked to the hiring manager and then got called in for an onsite. Honestly, the interview itself felt like way too much, like 6 hours with 10 different people. I felt like I was repeating myself a lot. The questions weren't super technical, maybe because they're changing things up for quality processes, so it was kinda fuzzy on where things are headed. The worst part though was the radio silence afterwards. HR totally ghosted my emails, which was a bummer after putting in all that time, I at least expected some kind of update.

It was a long interview process with 4 interviews. The HR department showed little professionalism. They didn't provide details about salaries, conditions, etc. They are not clear, but they waste your time because they take advantage and look for the perfect candidate. In my case, they didn't even notify me that they had closed the selection process, I had to ask the consultant myself. On the other hand, it is clear that the person who accepted left the company within 6 months... probably the offer was not clean from the beginning.
