First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club.
Manager
I had a phone screen, then an in-person meeting where I met several people. After that, there was a Talent Plus assessment focused on how I fit the role.
- Can you tell me about some of your qualities?
Executive Housekeeper
If you're invited, you'll meet with the Senior Executive Committee. They might take you out to dinner and give you a quick tour to get you familiar with the place. You'll meet them one on one, and later the team will discuss their feedback.
- What are your reasons for wanting to move to the Cape?
- Can you explain why you decided to leave your position after a decade with Four Seasons?
Auditor
Had two separate meetings. First was with a manager, and the second was with the CFO. Both were really great people and I had a positive experience. The main focus was on teamwork and providing excellent client care at the resort.
- How good are you with working at night?
Recreation Supervisor
After I sent in my application, I got a zoom invite really quickly for an interview. I said yes. The zoom was pretty chill and laid-back, which was kinda surprising for a Forbes resort. The person interviewing me was really nice and easy to talk to.
- Tell me about a challenging conversation you had with a coworker and what steps you took to resolve it.
