The process was negative because I was told a decision would be made in 2 weeks, but it took almost 12. I was also promised feedback but never received any, even after asking. It seems like answers are only considered good if they perfectly match specific criteria they have, making it hard for valid answers to be recognized. Although they tried to ask follow-up questions to get the right information, it was challenging if you didn't have a precise example to fit. The questions were all framed as 'tell me about a time when...', but the specific situations they asked about were very limited.

There was only one interview round where all the stakeholders were present. The interview was mostly behavioral, involving scenario-based questions about my thoughts on the way forward and teambuilding. There were also some technical questions. They made their decision on the same day.

I applied for this role through the internal GSS badging round. The interview panel was quite helpful and guided me toward the answers they were looking for. The interview involved a test where I had to disseminate some data that was given to me 40 minutes before the interview. After that, we discussed my findings and then moved on to some competency-based questions.

We started with competency based questions which were then asked again in the interview. I was told to prepare secondary answers to each of the questions and could use either in the interview. The process was very formulaic and did not expand much on the application questions.
