Project Manager
The initial phone call was supposed to be at noon, and I made a point to take it during my lunch break, but the interviewer didn't show up. I emailed them, and they rescheduled for 5:45 PM that same day. That went well, it was a great conversation, and I was moved to the next step. The next interview was tough, not because of the questions, but it was draining mentally and physically. It was an in-person interview that lasted nearly 3 hours with 5 different people interviewing me back-to-back for about 30 minutes each. It was a really exhausting and inconvenient experience. After all that, I waited a week, as they indicated I should, and then heard absolutely nothing. I sent a follow-up to check in, but my inbox is still silent from them. It's unethical and disrespectful to ghost candidates. A simple rejection email takes less than 2 minutes. Please show some respect for job seekers.

- Could you list and describe various Agile methodologies?
- What makes you want to join our company?
Client Success Manager
I applied through SuccessFactors, found the link on LinkedIn. The recruiter got back to me super fast, within 2 days, to set up a 30-min phone screen. After that, I chatted with the hiring manager for 45 minutes. They then set me up for an onsite interview the following week. The onsite involved talking to 3 different people for about 30 minutes each: the hiring manager, a senior director, and another CSM. Then, the very next morning, I had two more 30-minute chats with a different senior director and a service delivery manager. Right after that last interview, the recruiter called me with a verbal offer, and the official paperwork came later.
- What's your approach when dealing with a client who consistently shows a negative attitude towards Welltok, despite all your team's efforts?
Product Owner
I went through the interview process for a Product Owner role in Denver, CO. It lasted about 2.5 weeks and I spoke with 7 people. The last part was a 3-hour interview at their Denver office, but it was really disorganized. I also had to pay $35 for parking. It's been about a month since then and I still haven't heard back through email or phone, even after following up with the hiring manager multiple times. I'd suggest staying away from this company; they're super unorganized and have a high turnover rate. The bad reviews on Glassdoor are totally accurate. It'll just be a waste of your time.
- Can you explain your responsibilities as a Product Owner?
Anonymous
I interviewed with multiple people over the course of one month. First was a phone call with HR. All others were video calls. Process was moving in a seemingly positive direction for me and then... crickets. Radio silence. After multiple interviews and time spent preparing for each of those interviews, as well as time spent away from my current job for those interviews. I’ve reached out multiple times since my last interview, which was a month ago, and no response. Extremely unprofessional.
