First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WellSpace Health.
Clinician
The interview process included basic questions. It felt a bit disorganized during the interview. They asked about my past work history, why I was interested in working at WellSpace, and about a time I had a conflict with a co-worker.
- Tell me about your past work history.
- Why do you want to work at WellSpace?
- Describe a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker.
Registered Nurse
I had my first interview over the phone with the HR director, which went pretty well and consisted of basic behavioral questions. Then a week later, I had a second interview on Zoom. This one included HR, the MD, Infection Control, and the CEO. They asked me about my current situation, why I left my last job, and why I was interested in their company. They also asked how I felt about working in a fast-paced environment. The CEO then said he didn't know what questions to ask me since he hadn't seen my resume, which pretty much ended the interview for me. Their feedback was that I wasn't engaged and didn't seem interested, which is funny.
- Can you tell me what you are currently doing, why you left your previous job, and why you are interested in our company? Also, how do you feel about a fast-paced work environment? Do you have any questions for us?
Accountant
The interview process felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was scheduled for a screening, but the recruiter was over 30 minutes late, causing me to cancel other appointments. I was told the next step was only one interview. After completing that interview, I was informed management wanted another. However, an email stated there was only one interview. I rearranged my schedule and declined another opportunity for this second interview. The day before, I received a message stating management cancelled it and would notify me later. It was disappointing how I was treated, especially learning the position was already filled. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional, giving false hope and resulting in lost time and missed opportunities. I hope this feedback improves communication and respect for candidates' time.
- How do you perform data entry for journal entries?
Case Manager
It was a very unprofessional interview process. The questions they asked weren't really relevant to the job itself. It seemed like their main concern was just about my availability for overtime. The whole interview was pretty easy, but honestly, I wouldn't want to work there.
- Can you work overtime frequently?
