Behavioral Technical

It was a typical behavioral interview where they wanted to know about my past experiences working with different teams and people. The interview lasted about an hour and I spoke with two people. Overall, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Other

It was an in-person or Zoom interview where we met face-to-face. They asked about 3-4 common questions about what I would do or have done in specific tough situations. The goal was to see how I'd handle future customer or client interactions and to get a feel for my personality.

Behavioral Other

We had a few informal chats over lunch with some local and regional managers. It felt more like a discussion about the potential for me to bring my business over, rather than a traditional interview. They asked about my business makeup and revenue. In total, we met two or three times, and I also visited the office when it was quiet.

  • Could you tell me your previous trailing 12 gross revenue?
