Customer Success Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt very fair. Scheduling/finding a time that worked for everyone was the hardest part. I met with HR, team leads, one executive and my boss.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to escalate a client's concern? Please detail your process and how you communicated with the client throughout.
Client Services Manager
IM set up 2 interviews, both went well and were informative, and they were about a week apart. After 2 weeks, I followed up with HR about what's next and they said they'd get back to me within a week. It's been 3 months and I haven't heard anything. I wonder if the internal company culture is more respectful. Ghosted.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
Wellness Specialist
It was a super thorough interview process. First there was a phone screener. Then they scheduled a follow-up interview with some of the management team. They asked some hard questions and it took most of the day. The interview was virtual over Zoom.
- Can you tell me about your wellness certifications?
Product Manager
I was first contacted by WellRight via LinkedIn email to complete an interview questionnaire. Then, weeks later, HR called and invited me for an onsite interview, even before I'd had a phone interview. The onsite consisted of a one-hour meeting with the hiring manager, followed by 30-minute meetings with engineering, QA/Product, and the CEO/Account Management. Some interviewers were very engaged, others less so. It was a bit awkward trying to discuss my background and qualifications while also asking questions about the company culture, work environment, and their transition from waterfall to agile. I think having phone interviews earlier on would have helped us both determine if it was a good fit and would have given me a clearer picture of what they were looking for. It’s tough to interview without knowing the context, even with research. (Glassdoor wasn't very helpful either!)
