First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WellnessLiving.
Product Coordinator
The interviewer was super nice! It was quick and smooth. Only one interview for internships. No assessments or case studies. Mostly behavioral questions were asked and you don't need to turn on your camera but highly recommend. If you have a portfolio showing work on your resume it's a plus since they can check out your work before going into the interview.
- How do you prioritize when facing multiple high-priority issues simultaneously?
Technical Writer
The interview process was very smooth. First, the HR rep asked a lot of questions about why I want to join the company. After that, I had a second interview with the manager, and they asked me a few STAR questions.
- What would you change about your previous job if you worked at WL?
- Compared to your last job, what's one thing you'd do differently at WL?
Manager
The interviewer seemed really distracted at the start, like they were checking other notifications. They asked me to evaluate and give feedback on a specific aspect of the company, which I didn't really appreciate because I always feel like that's just getting free work. The overall vibe of the interview was off, not welcoming at all. I kind of felt like I was an inconvenience.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
Customer Success Specialist
I had a phone screening first. Then they sent me an assessment to finish. It was pretty easy and straightforward. I answered all the customer success/support questions correctly, even better than their examples. But they said they wouldn't move forward with my application. I'm guessing it's because my salary expectations weren't close to what they wanted to pay. That's the only reason! I wouldn't want to work for a stingy company anyway. Your loss ;)
