Getting a job was not too difficult, but management turnover is an issue. It's hard to understand why people stay so long given the frequent supervisor changes. In my six years, I had 12 supervisors and only worked in two departments.

Future manager called me first to just feel me out. Then I was invited for an interview a couple days later. I first met with three senior analysts. It was super relaxed. They first explained the job, then asked about my background and experience. Standard questions like motivation, value, and weaknesses came up. After that, I met with my future manager. We just chatted. She showed me some of the software and explained the job more. We talked about my past work and why I wanted the job. They are looking for someone knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
