So I interviewed with this company a bit ago, gave them all the info they wanted, and then just heard crickets. No feedback, no updates, nothing. It felt like they were just using interviews for practice or something. Then, a few months later, I saw the same job posting again, which was pretty annoying. It really felt like they didn't care about candidates' time or effort. I wouldn't suggest wasting your time unless you like playing guessing games.

I applied online. About a week later, they contacted me to set up an online interview. The interview was scheduled for an hour. The first 30 minutes were with HR, followed by the technical part. A mid-level SQA engineer from their team conducted the technical interview.

So, the first step was an MCQ test. It had about 19 pages, with like 5-6 questions on each page, and we had to finish it in 58 mins, though they said 60 mins but told us to submit 2 mins before. The MCQ covered SQA stuff, database languages, DS and algorithms, and also tested analytical skills. If you passed that, you'd move on to a technical interview.
