First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WellBe Senior Medical.
People Operations
It was a 4-round interview process: first a recruiter screening, then a hiring manager interview, followed by two more interviews with different team members. The recruiters were very communicative throughout the process until the very end when I was rejected, and they didn't provide any feedback at all.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Marketing Associate
The interview process had three rounds: a phone screening, a virtual interview, and then an on-site. I only made it to the second interview. They need a better hiring manager for the 2nd interview; he said things that were unprofessional and irrelevant about the role. I could tell it was a toxic culture right away.
- Tell me about your knowledge of the company.
Marketing Manager
I took another offer, which was good because Wellbe Senior Medical's pay is quite low for the role they're hiring for, especially to lead the marketing team. The process started with a recruiter call, followed by a 45-minute Zoom interview and a final 30-minute Zoom interview. During the first interview, I learned the job description was inaccurate and didn't reflect the actual role. They lack structure and a proper marketing team, despite what the description implied. The recruiter was nice, though. The Chief Membership and Product Officer seems to move around a lot, and since Wellbe is essentially a startup, it'll take time for them to grow and market effectively. They only have two people in marketing, another misleading detail. I can't recommend this company.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe how you would develop a campaign, for instance, a Covid vaccine campaign.
- What's your approach to strategy development?
Sales Professional
The interview process started off well-structured, and I liked talking about how my outreach and relationship-building experience could fit with their mission to improve senior care. But after the interview, communication just stopped. I followed up, but got no response or feedback. It felt off for a company focused on patient engagement and compassion.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
