The recruiter reached out for an initial screening, but getting something scheduled was tough as her availability was erratic, which felt unprofessional. After that, I spoke with the head of operations, which I felt went well and I got some good info about the team and their future. It was a chill but productive chat with typical interview questions. I was then ghosted and haven't heard back despite following up via email and LinkedIn. I guess they could have at least sent a rejection or told me they hired someone else, but maybe they axed the role or are reorganizing and didn't bother to close the loop.

I had a great first interview with HR, and she told me I was a perfect fit. She said she'd pass my profile to the hiring manager. Two months later, I got an automated rejection, which I thought was rude. I expected at least a feedback email.

I applied for the job and was contacted by email for an interview. The interview itself seemed to go well, and I felt I answered all the questions honestly. After the interview, I didn't hear back for a while, so I contacted one of the interviewers for an update. I was then told that another interviewer felt I wasn't being truthful about my previous job experience. They hadn't conducted any checks like contacting my workmates or references, which I found quite unprofessional.

I had 2 interviews for this role. The first was with 2 directors, my future manager and another director, where we discussed my experience and the role's scope, team, and upcoming projects in a relaxed setting with no difficult questions. The second interview was with the senior director (my future N+2), and it was informal, focusing on my soft skills like personality and attitude to ensure I'd fit in and drive projects. I didn't speak with HR. It was a good experience overall, though the team has changed since then, so the process might be different now.
