First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Welbilt.
Customer Service Representative
I went through 2 interview rounds with Welbilt. The first was a Teams call, and the second was in person at their offices near Guildford. After two good meetings with Chris, the recruiter told me Chris thought I was lying about my job history and experience. These are totally untrue and damaging accusations. If Chris thought this was true, why didn't he ask for references? Giving feedback is good, but making up lies about me is unacceptable. I suggest looking for jobs elsewhere. Company: Give real feedback, and if you doubt someone's work history, ask them directly or get references, don't waste their time.
- Can you tell me about your personality and what you like to do outside of work?
Associate Product Manager
It was a pretty chill 3-step interview process. Folks were super polite and easy to chat with. They give feedback after they decide, which is awesome. Overall, seems like a great company. First was with HR, then HR and the Hiring Manager, and finally with the Managing Director.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Welbilt?
IOT Specialist
after meeting with HR and answering questions about my background and personality, there were two more interviews. The first was online, and the second was in person. It was a nice interview overall.
- Can you describe your previous role?
HR Assistant/Receptionist
I interviewed with a hiring agency first, then I had a two-part interview. The first part was with two HR associates, and the second part was with the VP of HR.
- What is your opinion on the significance of the HR Assistant/Receptionist role within a company?
