I started by applying via a LinkedIn message through a third-party recruiter. It turned out they were using several hiring firms to find candidates. I then had an interview with the managing attorney, we met for drinks. Vibes were good. We talked about how the firm is set up and what their goals are.

The interview process was pretty disorganized. It seemed like the final attorney interviewing didn't really want to be there, but the first two interviewers were nice. The firm itself has a good reputation.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was thorough and included assessments. I interviewed with HR and the department manager, and the whole thing took about two weeks. The process was comfortable, even through Zoom. I was offered a position with competitive pay and good benefits. They shared a lot of information about the job, culture, benefits, and expectations so I could make an informed decision to join.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process for this role included a written exam and an in-person interview with both HR and the head of management. There was also a personality test and a phone interview. They were very thorough in asking questions about my experience and knowledge of the closing process. I was expected to know how to use all software programs, including SoftPro Select and Microsoft Office suite. Although not explicitly stated, there is a high turnover rate, and the environment is made to sound more relaxed than it is. What was asked of me and what was expected were two different things. Overall, the initial interview was difficult, and I had to brush up on a few things to prepare, indicating they are selective in their hiring. It was a good experience overall.
