First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Weiser Security.
Security Officer
Applied online and two days later got a call to come in for an interview. When I got there, they immediately asked for my social security card, ID, and driver's license. I interviewed with the trainer since the recruiter wasn't available. The trainer made me feel comfortable and offered me a post that was 25 minutes away from my home. Then they found another post that was only 10 minutes away. He was really nice. I start orientation in two days.
- Can you tell me about your previous employment before your most recent job?
- What prompted your departure from your last position?
- How would your supervisor characterize your work ethic and performance?
Security Officer
You start by filling out the application online. They'll then schedule an interview with you via email or phone. During the interview, you'll discuss your goals and expectations. You'll also complete a lot of paperwork. After that, you'll speak with Ms. Robinson, who will inform you about available locations and ask for your preference. Once you're signed up, you'll be scheduled for orientation, which lasts for one day, and then you'll start working.
- What makes you want to work as a guard for Weiser?
- How do you intend to fulfill Weiser's standards?
Security Officer
I went through one interview. They asked me questions, which wasn't too bad. The interviewer made me feel comfortable, and I enjoyed that the most. I was offered a position, and after the interview, I had orientation. The interviewer did a great job. I'd recommend Weiser to others.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
