The first step is a phone interview. After that, they review applications to find a good fit. This is a small company so they don't offer commission bonuses. The company culture seems friendly, but the hourly pay is quite low.

This was seriously the best interview experience I've ever had. It was super fast, and I felt totally welcome from the very first call. The phone interview alone made me really excited about the company and the job. It felt really natural and not awkward at all, even though I was pretty nervous at first. What's cool is they have their own recruiters who used to work onsite, which is awesome! I got to ask tons of questions about what it's like working there, the teams, and the properties, and they answered everything so thoroughly. It just made me even more hyped to join before I even got to the in-person interview. They set up my interview super fast, and I got email confirmations and even text reminders, plus details on who I'd be meeting with, which made me feel way more at ease.

Behavioral Presentation

This interview process was really great compared to others I was in. I got a call soon after applying. I loved that the recruiter had onsite leasing experience and could talk about the actual atmosphere and responsibilities there, which others didn't offer. They scheduled my onsite interview right then on the phone and sent an email confirmation with who I'd meet. It felt like I already knew people at the company! The onsite interview was great, pleasant, and down-to-earth. There were some challenging questions, which I liked and expected. They seemed well-prepared for both the phone and in-person interviews. They did a great job selling the company and its benefits, and their service throughout the process really impressed me. I was offered a position but had to decline because something better came up closer to home. I would definitely work for this company if the opportunity arose again, as they were my top choice from a company perspective.

It was a chatty and informative interview. They asked me about my current job and my reasons for getting into leasing. I also learned about the benefits and vacation time. It seems like a company where you can advance your career. Overall, I had a good feeling about it. I didn't get an offer right away, but I'm hopeful about hearing back.
