It was professional at first, but then communication stopped. After they told me I was MORE than qualified, they gave me job offer pay info, kept meeting people, then nothing. Weeks later, I reached out and was told 'I didn't meet their qualifications for the position.' What I didn't reach was the lower pay than offered. I sure misjudged the persons involved. Turned down 3 jobs playing this game. Lesson learned.

I interviewed with two of the contact center managers and the director of customer experience. The first round involved a list of about 10 questions. The second round was pretty relaxed, and I got to tour the office with the director. The final interview was a zoom call with the VP of marketing.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process wasn't difficult, the hardest challenge I faced was actually landing a physical interview. I was a bit confused, becuase I had been referred and recommeneded by three different associates at different levels, and never reiceved a call back or email response. Waited a month and applied for another property. Landed an in person interview with a different property and was again never contacted back after the interview. I applied for the first property a second time and eventually heard back. Landed the interview, went through multiple phone interviews, and a coorporate interview as well. I felt there was a lack of communication, but was overall stress free. I was uncertain about some of the qaulifiying criterias, and had a very difficult time actually securing an interview date and time. Found most contact was successful via email. Eventually I was contacted via phone, and was given a formal offer.

A recruiter from Weidner initially contacted me for an interview, and we had a phone conversation. Following that, I went for a second interview at their corporate office in Kirkland. I had to take time off from my current job to attend. I felt the interview went really well, actually better than I anticipated. Since then, I've sent follow-up emails and left voicemails, but I haven't heard anything back for over a month. It's fine if I don't get the job, but I'd appreciate being informed, whether it's that I wasn't qualified or that they've chosen another candidate.
