VP Customer Experience
I went through three stages: first, an initial phone screen with HR, then a panel interview with other VPs and the EVP of CX. The corporate recruiter was super slow with updates, only replying when I asked. Even after all this time, they ghosted me and I never heard back about my status. It's really unprofessional to be ghosted after multiple interviews with senior people.

Expense Coordinator
It was a pretty simple interview process, no surprises, just questions about my background, resume, and experience. It was only one interview, and it was set up in under a week by a staffing agency that reached out to me. The office building was a bit run down, but it was okay. The work culture seemed pretty relaxed, though I couldn't get a full picture from the short visit. My main advice for this interview is to just relax, it's not the kind of place where they'll try to trick you to see how you react. It was all about skills and qualifications.
- Tell me about your background.
- Can you go over your resume with me?
- What is your experience related to this position?
Relocation Counselor
I had face-to-face interviews with two managers who had open positions on the same day. They didn't select me for those roles but seemed impressed and wanted me to interview with a third manager. Later that day, they called to say they were delaying hiring. A month passed, and they had me come back for the third interview. They never followed up to let me know if I was still being considered. When I followed up myself, I was told they had hired someone else, on the same day they re-posted the job. It was very unprofessional how they didn't follow up; they could have at least sent a form email considering the time I took off work. I've heard similar stories from others who interviewed here.
- Tell me how you would react in standard mock scenarios.
Tax & Compensation Coordinator
I got this job through a recruiter. It took about a month from when they first reached out to my first day. It was a long process but totally worth it. First, I had a phone interview, and then an in-person interview with the team where I met around 5 people. Everyone was really nice. There was a bit of a wait between interviews and after the last one before I got the official offer, which was because management was out of town and needed to approve things. They were upfront about this delay though.
