So after I applied, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and another manager. They usually let you know within two weeks after the interview. They mostly ask about your past experiences with sales, members/customers, managers, and coworkers you may have had issues with.

It's been known that WECU likes to only hire from within so unless you’re already working there, I wouldn’t apply unless it’s a position that’s starts from the lowest of the totem pole. Even then I don’t think they’d choose someone new other than someone who’s already employed there. This interview was brief, quite a bit of questions asked.

The interview process began with a 30-45 minute in-person meeting at the main branch with HR and two managers. They gave a quick company overview and asked around a dozen questions. I also interviewed for other branches, meeting with their respective branch managers. These meetings were pretty casual, focusing on why I was interested in that particular branch.

Had a panel interview with both technical and non-technical managers. They asked stuff that wasn't even on the job listing, which really threw me off. The hiring manager didn't seem technical at all, which was pretty apparent.
