The interview process was great, it felt like a casual conversation where I learned about the company. They were quick to get back to me and the training setup was efficient. Everyone in the training program has prior experience with the company and shares their knowledge.

It was a quick process. They first spoke with me about my skills, then had another discussion about working arrangements, specifically the hybrid working schedule. They were very honest about the lack of progression. It was one interview, and then they offered the job.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was challenging but fair and friendly; I really enjoyed both interviews. The second interview included a test. I received very little notice for the second interview, with a request to be available at 8:30 am tomorrow, which felt like a commitment test.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and then had a phone interview a few days later. The person was friendly but I could tell it was a sales pitch. He was upfront about the job duties and the long hours. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. I personally feel the hours they expect aren't needed, and I noticed some major security issues in their procedures that could put a manager in a tough spot. It felt more like a high-level sales job.
