I first met with Webtrends recruiters at a college career fair and then applied for a job. After an initial screening interview and a few more detailed phone interviews, I eventually got invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview was a bit disorganized, but the people were great. My only issue was the month-long wait for the final decision after the interview, although they did provide updates.

Applied through the website and got a call about a week later to schedule a phone chat. The phone interview was about 4 days after that, lasted 45 minutes. After that call, they let me know they were interested in an in-person interview, which I scheduled for about a week later. The phone chat was pretty high-level: why I'm interested in the company and the role, my Excel and analytics background, and future plans. The in-person was also relaxed and informal, focusing more on how I'd fit with the team and situational stuff. Overall, it was a good experience.

Got referred by an employee and heard back quickly. They said the referral put me at the top. It took about 2 months and 3 interviews with different people. Then they said there would be a 4th and maybe a 5th interview. Even though I had all the experience and qualifications, they said they couldn't find anyone who fit. Saw the job posted again recently. It's weird because a friend of mine also interviewed and is super qualified but still not what they're looking for. Be careful, it makes you wonder about a company that can't make up its mind after talking to so many qualified people.

The interview started with a phone screen and then moved to two in-person interviews. The first in-person interview was with HR and the hiring manager, and the second was with team members. They also showed me around the office and talked about some of the company's internal processes and how they recognize achievements.
