QA Automation Engineer
It was a fresher drive I saw on LinkedIn. We first had an offline MCQ and Coding Test. After passing that, we had to attend an offline interview process. I don't think there was an HR round because I didn't get to that stage.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you elaborate on your project experience?

RCM Services Advisor
It started with a recruiter reaching out for an initial phone screen. That went well, leading to an interview with the hiring manager, which also went exceptionally well. I sent thank you notes to both. Days later, the recruiter said I was the top candidate, but they had one more interview to conduct. They promised a call afterward, win or lose. Two weeks later, no call or email, despite three follow-up emails. I'd prefer a rejection over being ghosted.
- Can you share an instance where you had to work collaboratively?
Sales
It was a 3-step interview process. The first step involved leadership discussions, a general conversation, and questions about sales strategy and outbound prospecting success. The final step was a friendly chat. The discussions were fairly casual and comfortable with people who seemed genuinely passionate about webpt and the industry.
- Can you describe your approach to outbound prospecting when entering a new market?
Enterprise Sales Representative
The interview process felt confusing, and I wasn't sure there was a clear structure. The recruiter initially mentioned 3 steps, each 30 minutes long. However, I ended up going through 5 stages: an HR screen (30 mins), a first interview with the Hiring Manager (30 mins), a second interview with the Hiring Manager (1 hour), a peer interview (1 hour), and a final VP cross-check (30 mins). I actually liked the people I met, but their behavior was classless. The entire process seemed dysfunctional. Communication was inconsistent, with recruiters reaching out via email, text, or phone. There appeared to be a lack of internal communication between recruiting, the hiring manager, and the team. They even re-posted the job while I was in the process and then added two more steps. They were mostly unresponsive despite repeatedly saying they wanted to hire me. There was never any clear communication about the next steps or timelines, and I had to constantly follow up. They even asked me to delay an offer I had received so they could take a week to prepare their own. Nothing they promised materialized, and I haven't heard anything back about the final outcome, not even an automated rejection.
- Can you tell me about your background in Enterprise sales, including your typical clients, the types of accounts you manage, and your sales methodology?
