The interview process involved technical questions, a technical challenge, and a technical conversation with project colleagues. It was a really good process, not too much bureaucracy, and friendly communication with all the recruiters. I would love to work there and it will be a pleasure to stay here for more time.

The interview process was good. First, I spoke with HR, then with the client. The client inquired about my past experience and the tools I've used. Following that, there was a technical interview focused on automation skills.

The interview process was pretty smooth. It started with a one-on-one with the recruiter where we talked about my background and my experiences. After that, they gave me a questionnaire with basic questions about .Net, SQL, and Angular. The next step was a technical interview with a senior engineer, split into two parts. The first part, lasting an hour, covered intermediate topics like SQL, .Net, Rest API, and Angular. The second part, about 45 minutes, was a coding challenge. The whole process was engaging and the interviewers were really friendly. It felt like an average difficulty, not too hard, not too easy.

So first there was HR, then an OA, then a technical interview, and finally a client interview. After all that, I was ghosted three times even though HR told me I'd probably get the job. Weirdly, after the first ghosting, they contacted me again for the same role by mistake. Then two more ghostings. It's just really strange behavior.
