I was contacted by recruitment on linkedin and email. Then had a phone screening with recruitment. Next, I had two phone interviews with APM. Finally, I had a face-to-face interview with the Superintendent. The interview had some standard structured questions, like 'why did you choose Webcor?'. The face-to-face was pretty casual, and the interviewer was very human and easy to talk to.

Behavioral Technical

It wasn't super technical, more focused on personal aspects. You'll discuss yourself more than your skills. Since it's construction, it's not very formal, more laid-back. Practice explaining why you're in construction and why you chose Webcore. Also, prepare to talk about your personal strengths and weaknesses.
