Had a couple of quick, friendly chats and a brief phone chat. It was a really straightforward process with excellent company communication. It's not like those typical interviews where they ask a ton of technical stuff; they're more interested in getting to know you.

I was brought in and had to wait about 45 minutes in a waiting room. Then, I met with three people: two coworkers and one manager. It was a panel interview. They asked a bunch of questions about college from over 5 years ago, which felt a bit odd. After the interview, we took a tour of the facility. Then, they totally ghosted me. I tried calling a few times, but never heard back.

I was already an employee seeking advancement. I was called in for an interview with HR and the department head. It was a behavioral analysis interview with many questions, most of which weren't directly about the job but assessed the candidate's reactions. Be ready to explain a lot of "why" or "how did you" questions.

Saw the ad in the paper and applied at the main office. I took some tests on basic math and interviewed with the plant supervisor. I waited over 30 days for a response, but finally got an offer. Then, I had to submit to drug testing.
