The interview was about 45 minutes long. They asked me scenario questions related to the job. At the end, I had a chance to ask questions, and the interviewers gave honest and direct answers.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Talked to HR first for a screening call. Then had an in-person interview with 3-4 VPs. After that, interviewed with the department SVP. The questions were standard but tough. Got the offer pretty quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

After my application was reviewed, HR contacted me to schedule an interview. I got to pick a few times, and they sent me a Teams invite the same day. The first interview was with a VP in Compliance, lasting about 30-60 minutes. We talked about my past jobs, why I wanted to switch, and what skills I had for the CM role. A few days later, HR emailed again asking for more times for a second interview. This one had three people: two CMs and a Compliance Analyst. They asked me questions about different scenarios and wanted more details about my current job and experience. That interview was also 30-60 minutes long.

I had one phone interview with the V.P. of IT operations. He asked me some questions, but then cut me off mid-answer to tell me to go back to school. He was pretty rude and didn't give me any suggestions for programs or other resources when I asked.
