Supply Chain Internship
It was a quick 20-minute chat, mostly going over my resume and asking behavioral questions. Just gotta be confident and show them you can do the job. Using the Star method is the way to go.
- Why are you interested in working in web industries?

HR was kinda all over the place, couldn't get it sorted out who to set me up with and she didn't bother to interview me. Eventually, they pulled in a couple of supervisors from the shop floor and some other manager.
- What motivates you to seek employment with this company?
Process Engineer
The interview process had three rounds. First, a phone screen. Then, a one-on-one with the hiring manager. Finally, a full day of interviews with the team, people from other departments, the management team, and HR. They also did a drug screen and a DISC personality test afterwards.
- Can you tell me about three of your strengths and three of your weaknesses?
- We have a short CAD test where you'll look at a drawing and need to find a missing dimension.
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process had A LOT of interviews and took a long time. I heard the interviews themselves were usually 4-5 hours long, and I met a bunch of people and managers. They asked me the same questions over and over, but each person asked them differently. The first phone call wasn't even with someone who works at the actual location. It all seemed really unorganized.
