First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Weaver Consultants Group.
Consultant
The interview process was pretty good, it took about 3 weeks total. First, I had an HR screen, then I met the team, and the final interview was in-person.
- What prompted your departure from your last job?
Intern
It was a typical interview where they asked about my personal experiences, education, and skills. I got to talk about my background and how I could be valuable to the team, and also had the chance to ask my own questions.
- What personal skills do you have that make you a good fit for this role?
- Tell me about your experiences and how they would make you an asset to the team.
- What questions do you have for us?
Staff Accountant
I had a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by two in-person meetings. There were also some basic tests. I met over 10 people, which was very tiring. The conversations were casual. They checked my references and then I got an offer, but I had to go in person to accept it. They rescinded the offer because I told them I'd need time to think about it, but they said to call them in a week. I decided not to communicate further with them. The initial interview experience was annoying and exhausting, and my effort was for nothing. The conversations were good, but the interviewer's true nature showed through.
- Tell me about your resume.
Project Geologist
It all went pretty smoothly. First, I talked to the recruiter, then had a zoom interview, and finally, an in-person one. It was a pretty standard and relaxed process overall. Mostly, it was just a chat to see if we'd vibe.
- Were you willing to travel?
