Software Engineer
The whole thing took about 3 weeks from start to finish and they gave me the offer then. It was pretty well laid out, they let me know what was coming up before each interview. First was the HR round, then a take-home assignment. After that, there were 2 coding rounds where they also asked about the take-home, followed by a technical knowledge test (basic stuff) and then a managerial round.

Violence Prevention Specialist
Met with the education coordinator in Sacramento, interview was brief! They primarily asked why I am interested, what experience I have in conducting education and outreach, experience with children and working with diverse communities. Then I had a presentation. After that, I received an offer.

Counselor
It was a panel interview with licensed therapists who asked questions about the cycle of violence and case conceptualization. They took turns asking questions about crisis, trauma, and general therapy topics.

After getting a referral, I spoke with a recruiter. They asked about my previous projects and experience, then discussed the interview process and salary expectations. Following that, I completed a screening round.
