The whole hiring thing took a couple of months. Started with a chat with HR, then we did an onsite group activity and a panel interview with managers from different product lines. Technical questions were part of the group activity, pretty basic stuff if you're a grad. They really focused on how you approach things and work with the team. I liked the format overall.

It consists of three interviews, one is online where u gonna be asked like the normal question to talk about your self , skills, certifications, salary expectations, and the purpose behind applying for the job. The second will be like meeting with your cohort and with the company departments heads to see u in person and decide who is gonna move forward to the next step which is the interview with the manager of the department.

So, first I had a quick chat with HR over the phone. Then, they invited me to an assessment centre that was happening in a week. It was quite the event with about 35 people from different places like Saudi, Lebanon, Oman, and so on. It was a really tough experience, honestly. They had everything sorted out though – transport, the place, food. It was a good two-day assessment, but man, the whole hiring process took ages, like two whole months. It did overlap with Ramadan, but still, they really should have kept candidates updated on their applications way sooner.
