Got a call from hr after being referred by an employee, they asked me to send my resume. A week later, I had a call with the operations head of my stream. They asked about basic engineering knowledge, my specialization, and topics I'm good at or interested in. Another week passed, and I got an email for a 1:1 interview with the regional operations incharge. The next day, I received the joining letter.

I interviewed for a rotating Design Engineer position during college that was set to last two years. The first interview happened at school and involved behavioral questions. For the second interview, I flew out to Houston to see the facilities and talk with a group of engineers. I got the job offer in early November, and my start date was set for late January.

I got an email from a recruiter who wanted to set up a phone chat with a manager. Then I flew out for another interview, which was all day and pretty easy, with no technical questions at all, just general stuff. Three people talked to me: two in the morning and one after lunch. They fed me lunch too.
