I was contacted on Linkedin and had a phone interview with HR first. Then, I had a virtual interview with the accounting department heads. They asked me a lot of technical questions but never turned on their cameras, which was quite uncomfortable. Finally, I had a virtual interview with the Country Controller who started asking about my personal life, like if I planned on having children because she needed someone 100% dedicated to the job. I found this totally out of line, retrograde, and sexist.

The interview was really good, honestly one of the best I've had. The Accounting Supervisor was super nice and made me feel comfortable. We mostly discussed my background in accounting.

The interview had several steps. First, they contacted me on LinkedIn. Then, I had a phone call and an interview with someone from HR. After that, there was an interview in English with a project leader, and finally, an interview with the regional manager. Once that was done, I had to do the pre-employment check. However, when it came to making an offer, they kept delaying everything and ultimately never made one. They confirmed I was selected but said they were postponing the hiring. The same thing happened with several other applicants; I had friends who participated. The way the company handled it was disrespectful to the applicants.
