It was pretty easy and direct, not super technical. They're looking for folks who want to stay long-term. They'll give you a call first, then set up an interview. Onboarding can take about 2 to 4 weeks, and you might need to complete some safety courses before heading out to the field.

It was a straightforward interview, pretty standard. It seemed like they just took a list of common interview questions and went through them. The only downside was the time between interviews, like two months between the first and second, and then a few more weeks before the offer came through.

Behavioral

The interview process at the time I was hired wasn't too bad. It was conducted by the manager and their assistant, not a formal interviewer, so there were no trick questions. The interview itself was pretty straightforward. Just be honest and direct, as the manager can get bored easily. They don't seem to mind hiring people without prior experience.

The interview process was really quick and efficient. Even though the job opening didn't list all the details, the speed and the good communication from the recruiters made the experience positive. There was only one interview with the managers, it was brief and included some questions in English.
