The interview questions were pretty straightforward. They asked about my sales background and how I've worked in teams before. I was also asked to demonstrate how I would sell a product. They gave me a scenario to work with, and I had to add my own unique approach to show I was confident and capable of selling on the spot.

They brought me into the building and alternated interviewers. All the questions felt rigged, like a typical 'I'm smarter than you' interview. None of the questions really let me show off any creativity. I'd say about 40% were kind of trick questions. The feedback I got on the questions and the interaction was bad. The place looked pretty run down, too. Their kitchen was dirty, and they didn't have any free drinks. The area where the developers work looked trashy, even though other parts of the company had nice offices. The other developers didn't seem very skilled either.

After two interviews with an agent and board members in London, which were both good experiences, we looked at the fit both ways for three hours and all was well. I was chosen for a shortlist of two for an interview with the CEO in Poole. The date was set but cancelled by the company the day before for both candidates. I put much effort and time into the process. The CEO failed to respond to subsequent communication. Not impressed, sorry.

After submitting the online application, if you can read and speak English, you'll be called in for an interview. First, you'll take a skills test for software and a customer service scenario test. Your computer knowledge will also be assessed. If you pass these, you'll meet with a recruiter who will either hire you on the spot or let you go. The people seemed nice, but the office itself was run-down and dated. The work culture felt chaotic and unprofessional.
