You will be interviewed by multiple people at once, including doctors, nurses, and supervisors, which can feel a bit overwhelming if you're not expecting it. If you get the job, the company will cover the cost of necessary standard clearances.

It was a pretty standard interview. They asked about my resume and background experience and why I was a good fit for the job. For the most part, it was pretty relaxed and laid back. They also asked me a question about ethics.

Behavioral Technical

I went through three different interview processes for three different jobs at this company. The recruiter never told me when I wasn't selected. Actually, I had to reach out myself two out of three times and just got an automated email back within a day. The second time, I didn't even bother asking about the process--I never heard back. During one interview, the doctor was on his phone and didn't pay attention to the recruiter's questions. They talk about great service and patient satisfaction, but can't even bother to follow up. Now I won't be a patient there, and I've told my friends and family to not waste their time with the Wright Center.
